Central Otago is New Zealand’s most inland region, located in the southern half of the South Island. The two largest urban centres are Cromwell and Alexandra. Queenstown International Airport is just a 45 minute drive to the west of Cromwell and Dunedin Airport a 2 hour drive to the east of Alexandra.
